By accessing or using Student Study, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on Student Study for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some features of Student Study require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
5. Content and AI-Generated Materials
Student Study uses AI to generate educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. The materials are intended to supplement, not replace, your official curriculum materials and teacher guidance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Student Study shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
